Beyond Thought is a one-to-one coaching programme for medical professionals and high-achievers. This is not therapy or more coping strategies, and it's not another tool to manage your stress.
You learn to see through the thinking that causes your suffering, so you can live with mental and emotional freedom.

The self-doubt has been there so long it feels like who you are. You push yourself to exhaustion, terrified of being exposed, ashamed of struggling, guilty for not being able to just get on with it.

I'm not a doctor. I never have been. And I think that matters.

There is nothing you could tell me that would affect your career, your practice, or how your colleagues see you. I have no stake in you remaining a doctor, being a good doctor, or coping well with the job. I'm not part of the system. What you say to me goes nowhere.

Medical professionals die by suicide at a rate that rarely gets spoken about openly. This is not something I'm a stranger to. I lost my father to suicide. The replaying, the pressure, the exhaustion of appearing okay. I didn't just witness that from the outside. I recognised it. Because I was living a version of it myself.

I tried everything I could find. Therapy, meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, positive psychology. Some of it helped for a while. None of it led to lasting change.

What I found wasn't a better tool or a coping strategy. It was something different. A way of seeing what's actually happening to generate your experience. And when that becomes clear, the thinking stops looking like reality.

I no longer suffer the way I did. That's not a claim. It's just true.

Through personal, client-led guided sessions, you'll begin to see how your experience is constructed... not by reality, but by the storytelling mind. You'll learn to stop identifying with mental chatter, emotional noise, and the outdated self-image that’s been driving your behaviour.

You won’t learn to manage your thoughts… you’ll learn to see through them. As well as being able to set realistic expectations and clear boundaries.

Between sessions, you’ll receive personal check-ins on WhatsApp to deepen your understanding and stay connected with what we have explored together. With occasional thought-provoking exercises to complement the program.

  • This isn’t hours of journaling or daily rituals. It’s one focused session a week. Everything else integrates into your existing day-to-day, plus the occasional visit to the tailored resources. Nothing performative. Just lived insight.

  • Most approaches are built on fixing, improving, or changing who you are. This one isn’t. It’s about seeing through the illusion that you need to become someone else to be okay. Once you understand how experience is formed, there’s nothing left to manage.

  • You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, and I aim to respond within 24 hours… often sooner. You’ll also have a library of guided materials to explore between sessions. You're not doing this alone, even when it looks like you're sitting in your thoughts.

  • That’s usually a sign you are. The idea that you need to “feel ready” is part of the illusion we’ll unravel.
