You learn to see through the thinking that causes your suffering, so you can live with mental and emotional freedom.
The self-doubt has been there so long it feels like who you are. You push yourself to exhaustion, terrified of being exposed, ashamed of struggling, guilty for not being able to just get on with it.

Hi, I’m Thomas Wood
For most of my life I was struggling. I was consumed by anxiety and depression, if it wasn't one, it was the other... often both at the same time.
My father and I had a turbulent relationship that led me to leave home at fifteen. I was homeless until I was eighteen, and although we repaired things somewhat, until several years later when he died by suicide.
Grief came as anger and guilt and relentless replaying. I felt responsible. I thought I was dying. I lived from a constant sense of threat and my sense of who I was collapsed.
I tried everything I could find. Therapy and meditation and breathwork and hypnosis and positive psychology. Some of it helped for a while. None of it led to lasting change.
What I found wasn't a better tool or a coping strategy. It was something different. A way of seeing what's happening to generate your experience. And when that became clear, I realised that I am not defined by those memories. I didn't need to process them or overcome them. I just saw what they were.
I no longer suffer the way I did.

Six weeks of one-to-one sessions to see through the thinking that's been keeping you stuck.Most programmes add more. Another technique, another tool, another thing to maintain on top of everything you're already carrying. Beyond Thought does the opposite. It's subtractive. You're not here to build new habits. You're here to see something clearly that you haven't seen before.
Most people have a breakthrough within the first few sessions. After that we move into integration, making sure what you've seen holds.
You'll learn to feel safe with your thoughts and feelings, no matter what they are. The thinking doesn't have to change for that to be true. You'll stop identifying with your thoughts. And you'll start to see who you are Beyond Thought.

You'll learn to be with what's happening without resistance. Whatever arises, you won't need to escape it, fix it, or brace against it. You'll stop treating your own experience as something to be managed.
2. Thought
You'll see THAT you're thinking.Most people know what they're thinking. Very few know that they're thinking. When you see that all of it is constructed thought, the story stops looking like reality. You don't have to fix it. You can't solve a thought.
3. Self
You'll see thought for what it is.Whoever you think you are, the version of yourself you've been trying to fix or improve or hold together, that's thought. When you see that, you stop trying to fix the wrong thing.

Weekly 1:1 Zoom Sessions
Over six weeks we meet weekly on a one-to-one video call for up to two hours. Each session we look directly at the nature of your experience, what's causing the suffering, and where it's actually coming from.
Between-Session Support
Between sessions you can message me directly any time. I respond as soon as I can, so you stay connected with what we've been exploring together. I'm also available for the occasional voice call when that feels appropriate.
Guided Support and Accountability
You're not doing this alone. Throughout the programme, I'll be there to support you, clarifying insights, answering questions, and helping you stay anchored in the process.

Most approaches are built on fixing, improving, or changing who you are. This one isn’t. It’s about seeing through the illusion that you need to become someone else to be okay. Once you understand how experience is formed, there’s nothing left to manage.

You'll have direct access to me between sessions via messaging, and I aim to respond within 24 hours, often sooner. You'll also have guided materials to explore between sessions. You're not doing this alone, even when it looks like you're sitting in your thoughts.
