For over 20 years, I’ve worked with perception - first as a performer, designing immersive experiences that played with how people make sense of the world, and now as a well-being coach. For much of my life, I was struggling. No matter what I achieved, I never truly felt like me. I suffered from bouts of anxiety and depression. I watched others suffer too. In 2014, after losing my father to suicide…

…I began seriously searching for ways to help.

I explored breathwork, therapy, hypnosis, meditation, positive psychology…
Some of it helped, temporarily. But nothing brought lasting peace. Beneath it all was the same exhausting sense of needing to fix myself.
Looking back, I realised the work I was doing, understanding how people perceive and construct their experience, wasn’t just performance. It was directly applicable to mental well-being. That realisation was the first shift. I started to see how we construct our realities, and how what we believe to be truth is often just thought… dressed up and unchallenged.

Something changed. Peace didn’t come from more practice or perfection.
It came from seeing clearly.

I now have the privilege of helping others see this for themselves. Every time, the shift is the same: No resistance. No fixing. Just a recognition of what had always been there.

Now, I help others uncover that same clarity.
